One part of the short tie has been cut out in a jagged shape to allow the aluminum wire to be seen from inside. There are safety pins attached around the edges. The bottom is raw and the stitching is in a contrasting color. It's easy to put on, just hook it on with a hook.
A matching shoulder bag is also available.
