This mini version of the popular Belt 2-Way Tote can be used as both a shoulder bag and a hip bag. The two belts, which also hold the lid in place, have snap buttons on the back of the buckles, making it easy to open and close. The bag is trimmed with color-coordinated piping. Remove the belts and thread the attached snap hook through a pants belt loop or a thin belt to use it as a hip bag.
