This dress is inspired by a boarding school uniform. Made of smooth polyester. The neat and tidy "white collar x white cuffs" look just like a uniform. A chic, Victorian vibe with the black collar and black cuffs. Available in knee-length and long lengths.The key feature is the puffed sleeves, which are cut out from the delicate shoulder line of the raglan sleeves. This shoulder design is comfortable for all shoulder sizes.
