Rosette measures 3.75". Each rosette is hand sewn with a felt and braid trim backing. They attach with a two-way clip (pin back and or alligator clip) that is sewn down and then glued to ensure stability.
The charm in the center of this rosette is made of Metal and features a an eagle crest with a latin inscription which includes the word Regere (to rule).
