[Design notes] The cape has detachable sleeves. You can remove the sleeves and wear it as a cape or attach the sleeves and wear it like a jacket when it's chilly. The length reaches down to the waist, with the back being slightly longer than the front. The hem and cuffs of the cape have ruffles made from the same fabric (velveteen) and a matching braid is attached on top of the ruffles.
