[Design notes] The frills are made of the same fabric as the body. The lacing ribbon is made of velvet. Both the frills and lacing are the same color as the body for each colorway. There is elastic on the back of the front chest seam line. When tightening the lacing of the sleeves, the shoulders will puff up and the cuffs will become ruffled.
