[Design notes] The puff sleeves have 5 tiers of elastic. The buttons are round. The picot lace is attached to the tip of the two-tiered peter pan collar and to the pintucks. There are 3 pintucks on each side of the placket.

[Brand comment] This is a cute blouse with pintucks on the placket and picot lace tucked into the two-tiered collar. It's hard to tell from the picture, but there are five tiers of puffs on the sleeves. It's also known as "Michelin Man" (lol) and is so cute!!
