[Design notes] Skirt portion is lined. There is elastic at the cuffs, neck, and 3 rows at the waist. The cotton lace and ladder lace are both white for all colorways. The ribbon is tied in four places on the ladder lace of the skirt. The cuffs and neck have a small floral lace trim.
